This world is a movie where you see different scenes bringing out all kinds of emotions like anger, jealousy, love, compassion, hatred, sadness etc. The scenes are just passing through. It is impossible to hold even one scene on the screen. The movie is just continuing on and on.

None of these emotions will stay forever. You just enjoy eating popcorns with the beloved God or your Guru while watching this movie. This movie is on while you are awake or asleep. Its so beautiful to know that God is holding your hands while you enjoy this movie. At times of negative emotions God is holding your hand. At times of positive emotions you are munching popcorns with God your best friend.

Just enjoy this movie without naming or blaming.

And watch out! Don’t try to listen to other movies that are going on in other theaters. You just focus on the movie being played in front of you in the present moment. 😊😊😊
